The start of the year is the perfect time to get your affairs in order and make arrangements for your loved ones.

Planning for what happens when you pass away may not be pleasant.

Doing it now, however, will save your loved ones stress and possibly spare them considerable expense at a time that’s already difficult.

When was the last time you updated your will?

Perhaps you don’t have one at all.

If so, you certainly won’t be alone.

Sixty per cent of adults in the UK haven’t made a will*.

While those who have a will may not have updated it following a change of circumstances, such as the arrival of grandchildren or a change of home.

Although people 55 and over are three times more likely to have a will than those aged 18-34, more than a third in the older age group are still without one*.

So, what can you do about it?

Just head over to our designated estate planning page on our website to download a free guide.

In it, you’ll get the facts on whether you need a will, discover how the laws of intestacy work, a friendly jargon buster, real-life customer testimonials and much more.

Alternatively, you can request a no-obligation call back from one of our expert estate planners here.

Make sure you start the year as you mean to go on.
